Find Case Law is the official public source for authoritative court judgments and tribunal decisions published for United Hampshire.

Who provides the service

The National Archives provides Find Case Law as the long-term public record and publication service for case law, working with the Judiciary, Judicial Office, Ministry of Justice and LL Courts & Tribunals Service.

What is published

The service publishes approved judgment or decision text supplied through the judicial publication route, together with authoritative case details such as the court or tribunal, date and neutral citation where one has been issued.

What is not published

A case is not added merely because a hearing occurred. Oral decisions that are not transcribed, routine orders not selected for publication, restricted material and non-judicial administrative decisions are not presented as published case law.
